This post is going to provide you with information on how to access Clearcare using your mobile phone.
First and foremost you're going to receive an email alert for our from our PM case manager. In this case, the Screamers REO and it's going to tell you that you've been offered a shift, and we'll provide you the web link address, so just go ahead and click that web link address, and it will automatically open into your web browser on your cell phone.
When that opens up, this is what you're going to see, Arcadia home care, make sure the caregiver name is your name. Let's say you're Betty Jones, it will have today's shifts that are waiting for you to confirm all your clients and your calendar and the logout option. However, if you don't keep your login information on your phone it will ask you to log in, and you just have to use your email address in your password. Let's say that you've always saved your login information on your web browser on your phone this was going to show up.
Let's go ahead and confirm that shifts are being offered to you, so go ahead and click that tab, that says shifts waiting for you to confirm, and this is what's going to show up. It will provide you with the clients' name, for this example, it's Arcadia homecare, the last name first, and then first name, the occurrence of this shift. Let's say this shift is just for one time which is April 24 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
If it's alright with you then go ahead and click accept, just guess going to ask you again accept his shift and add it to your schedule, and just click OK when there are no more shifts that you need to confirm. This is what's going to show up, however, if there are more shifts you have to confirm, it will be listed down here, so just go ahead. Click home to go back and this is what you're going to get, so no more shifts to be confirmed, but again it will have information regarding today's shifts, all your clients, and your calendar.
Let's say you want to find out more information of a client, let's say today is already April 24th and you don't know the information of your client, you can go ahead and click today's shift and again it will provide you the name of your client. Just click this arrow button here to see more details, it will have your start time and end time, the name of your client, and the ADLs for this client, but we have to check and see more information about this client. Just click the client's name and this is what's going to show up, it will have the client name, the assessment, and care plan information, the emergency information, and the address of the client, and the schedule of your shift.
Let's say you want to read the assessment and care plan for this client, go ahead and click assessment, and this will automatically open up to this one. If you can remember, if you log in using the website it's basically the same thing. We'll have all the criteria match, all the care find your criteria matching information, the care needs demographics, and so on. You can actually just scroll down to see more information.
Now let's say you want to go back and try to see the emergency information this time, just go ahead and click that link, and it's going to open up with the emergency information for our creating a home care order, client name, in this case, we didn't provide any information, but all the time it will have your clients relative or whoever is responsible for your client, their phone number, and an email address if they have one.
If you want to go back again and see more information, go ahead and click that link for the map. The map is going to open up and it's going to show you the location of your client with their address, and if you want to find out the directions using transit you can just click this button here this train, and it's going to show you the options of how to get to your client. If you scroll down this is what you're going to see, this is what you're going to see, the home button, and the back button. If we went ahead and go ahead and go back, just click back and you're going to be right back here in the clients' tab.
Let's say you want to view your daily tasks now, what you can do is just go ahead back to home, click today's shifts again, click your clients' name, and again there are the daily tasks if you need to do. Now as you can see there's like plus signs here, if you want to find out more about this task, just go ahead and click that plus button to expand the tasks, this is what you're going to see, you'll provide your description of the tasks.
This one is quite easy to understand, and justly to assist the client into and out of the shower, but in different cases, there'll be more information like the photo album, you might need to ask the family about whatever that photo album is about. These are the usual ADL's if there's more you can actually just scroll down to see. If there's more information about it, after looking through all of it you can go back home.
Now let's explore your calendar, let's say you can't remember whether you have a shift for a certain day, go ahead and click my calendar, and in this case let's say today is April 8th and you want to check in, put in the VIN, just go ahead and click April 11, and this is what it is going to show on, a Monday, April 11th you have a shift with Mr. R to your home care, and if you click that again it's just going to open to this tab and back to the client tab.
